Job summary

GMP Technologies Singapore seeks a Technology Development Engineer to advance TCAD simulation for cutting-edge device technologies. You will work with the project team to run detailed simulations and contribute to device development.

The role requires a Master’s in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, hands-on TCAD experience, strong device physics knowledge, and good communication. Layout experience is a plus; you will perform bench tests and DOE to tune devices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on TCAD simulation and calibration experience.
• Strong device physics knowledge base (BCD, CMOS, DMOS, PDK)
• Experience with layout is advantageous.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Research novel device development with detailed TCAD process and device simulations.
• Develop, document, and calibrate TCAD decks for various technologies with the project team.
• Perform TCAD DOE and provide device tuning decks.
• Design device test keys and layout studies; conduct electrical bench tests.
• Perform experiments for device tuning to optimize performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Research on novel device development, includingperforming detailed TCAD process & device simulations.
• Develop, document, and calibrate TCAD simulation deck for various technologies in collaboration with theproject team.
• Perform TCAD DOE and provide device tuning deck.
• Design the device test key & layout study, and carry out the appropriate electrical measurement (bench test).
• Performing well-thought-out experiments for device tuning to optimize device performance while ensuring device reliability.

Requirements:

• Master's in Electrical & ElectronicEngineering or other relevant field studies.
• Hands-on experience in TCAD simulation and its calibration methodology.
• Strong device physics knowledge base (BCD, CMOS, DMOS, PDK)and solid device analysis skills.
• Hands-on experience in layout work is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and performance driven.
