Qualifications

• Banking domain knowledge and risk management experience is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with process design experience.
• Proficient in data analysis, Excel macros, and quick dashboard mock-ups in Excel.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Understanding of technology and operations across banking functions.
• Experience in scoping and evaluating initiatives, including cost and scalability.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of banking and/or consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Relationship Management with technology and operations enablement.
• Develop high-level solutions aligning with the technology roadmap.
• Align solutions with enterprise architecture and business technology services teams.
• Work with business users and internal tech teams to define and analyze requirements.
• Develop robust end-to-end solutions considering process and systems.
• Initiate implementation planning for Group T&O projects and prepare for new operations.
