Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in Banking/Financial Services.
- Proven track record delivering complex banking/software projects.
- PMP certification or equivalent PM certification.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is essential for stakeholder communication.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle for AI-focused initiatives aligned with client goals.
- Define scope, gather requirements, and develop detailed project plans.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-schedule delivery.
- Facilitate clear communication among teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for complex implementations.
- Monitor progress against metrics and adjust plans to meet objectives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.
