Job summary
CYGNIFY PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Software Development Lead with deep banking and fintech experience to drive AI-enabled software solutions.
The role starts as a hands-on IC focused on architecture, development, and delivery, and evolves into leading an engineering team with technical direction and mentoring. You will design and implement AI-powered banking applications, integrate AI/ML models, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant software across financial platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
- 8–12+ years of hands-on software development experience, preferably in banking/financial services/fintech
- Strong experience building enterprise-grade software for banking or financial institutions
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI-powered software solutions for banking and financial services
- Own full software development lifecycle from design to production deployment and support
- Write clean, scalable, production-ready code with strong engineering practices
- Collaborate with Product, AI/ML, QA, DevOps, and business teams to deliver high-quality products
- Lead architecture discussions and guide engineering standards as the team scales
