Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• Candidates pursuing a part-time diploma may apply.
• Customer-focused and professional communicator.
• Accurate with cash handling and financial transactions.
• Willing to work Saturday mornings; one Saturday off per month.
• Able to learn banking systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional frontline service to customers.
• Process savings accounts and fixed deposits transactions.
• Assist with safe deposit box services and over-the-counter banking services.
• Handle cash and customer transactions per bank policies and procedures.
• Respond to customer enquiries and ensure a positive service experience.
• Perform other branch-related duties as assigned.
