Prima Limited is seeking a Senior Baker who is hands-on, passionate about baking, and at the forefront of bakery product innovation. You will articulate and demonstrate our products to clients, exchange ideas with colleagues, and mentor junior bakers to grow both skills and confidence.

This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, a deep understanding of baking science, and the ability to translate taste, texture, and cost objectives into high‑quality outputs for customers.

Qualifications

• Professional baking qualifications with proven experience in formulating recipes, testing of new products that will meet quality, taste, and cost objectives.
• In-depth knowhow on baking science, including functional performance of ingredients and dough rheology.
• Confident and articulate in leading presentations and demonstrations to various groups of audiences.
• Self-motivated and is able to work well as a good team player.

• Lead product demonstrations and client tastings to showcase bakery offerings.
