THE FAMOUS AMOS CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Baker to lead the preparation, baking and quality control of bakery products in a fast-paced environment. You will set up equipment, prepare ingredients, monitor times and temperatures, and ensure quality and presentation across all items.

You will work with a dynamic team, manage a baking schedule and inventory, and uphold strict health and safety standards while meeting production deadlines and demand.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of relevant baking or food production experience.
• Able to work rotating shifts.
• Diploma/certificate in bakery-related field.

• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure optimal product quality
• Maintain high standards of product quality by ensuring the consistency, taste, and presentation of baked items
• Inspect the freshness and appearance of baked goods to ensure they meet established quality standards
• Monitor ingredient inventory and ensure that supplies are ordered and stocked in a timely manner
• Keep track of stock levels to minimize waste and avoid shortages
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, following health and safety regulations
• Ensure all baking processes adhere to health, safety, and food handling regulations
• Plan and organize the baking schedule to ensure timely production and minimize downtime
• Coordinate with other team members to meet deadlines, especially during busy periods
• Assist with ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the baking or food production industry
