Job summary

combuilder pte ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Software Engineer to drive delivery efficiency and system resiliency. You will assess existing landscapes, identify gaps, and collaborate to pick the right practices for Core Engineering Products.

You will craft transition roadmaps, explain complex concepts to stakeholders, and support POC initiatives to validate solutions while partnering with fellow engineers for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in an individual contributor software engineering role.
• Experience with NodeJs with TypeScript.
• Experience with one or more Cloud Service Providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience building cron jobs and scripts to run batch jobs.
• Experience with streaming data.
• Strong track record of large-scale partner solution implementations in complex environments.
• Exceptional communication skills bridging technical discussions between teams and partners.
• Experience in highly secured and air gap systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with software engineers and other functions to understand objectives for development delivery efficiency and system resiliency.
• Conduct assessments of existing landscapes to identify inefficiencies and gaps hindering goals.
• Collaborate to identify relevant practices (CI/CD, SRE) for Core Engineering Products.
• Develop transition roadmaps from current to desired state with tool adoption.
• Explain complex concepts clearly to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations with diagrams.
• Support proof of concept initiatives to validate solutions and assist during early implementation.
• Work with fellow Software Engineers to share insights, tools and scripts for continuous improvement.
