Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years as an individual contributor software engineer.
• Proficient in Node.js with TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Skilled in building batch jobs and scripts.
• Experience with streaming data and large-scale deployments.
• Strong communication to bridge technical and business.
• Experience in secure/air‑gapped environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers and stakeholders to improve development delivery efficiency and resiliency.
• Assess NEA's technical landscapes to identify inefficiencies and gaps.
• Identify relevant practices (CI/CD, SRE) for Core Engineering Products.
• Develop transition roadmaps from current to desired states.
• Explain complex concepts and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support PoC initiatives and assist during early implementation phases.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers to share tools and foster knowledge sharing.
