Job summary

combuilder pte ltd invites a Senior Software Engineer to join our delivery-focused team. You will partner with software engineers and cross-functional groups to drive development efficiency, resiliency, and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessing existing technical landscapes, proposing transition roadmaps, and enabling tool adoption (CI/CD, SRE) with hands-on support during pilots.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in an individual contributor software engineering role.
• Experience with React with TypeScript.
• Experience with NodeJS is a plus.
• Experience with one or more Cloud Service Providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Strong track record of successful large-scale partner solution implementations, preferably in complex enterprise environments.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to bridge technical discussions between internal teams and external partners.
• Experience working in highly secured and air gap systems is a plus (i.e. banking, government systems and similar).

Responsibilities

• Partner with software engineers and stakeholders to define delivery goals and show how technical capabilities drive business outcomes.
• Assess existing landscapes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and gaps.
• Identify and tailor best practices (CI/CD, SRE) for core engineering.
• Develop transition roadmaps outlining a path from current to desired state with tool adoption.
• Explain complex concepts clearly to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations.
• Provide hands-on support during proof-of-concept initiatives and early implementation phases.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among engineers to promote continuous improvement.
