Job summary

Xcellink Pte Ltd is seeking a BA/QA Manager to lead a combined Business Analysis and Quality Assurance team in Singapore. You will capture requirements, drive QA practices, and ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives.

Collaboration with stakeholders and IT teams is essential for successful projects. The role requires 5+ years in BA/QA with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, plus strong BABOK/ISTQB knowledge and experience with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall.

Qualifications

5+ years in business analysis and/or QA.
2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
Strong knowledge of BABOK and ISTQB.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts and QA professionals.
Oversee gathering, documentation, and analysis of business requirements from stakeholders.
Develop and implement QA strategies, test plans, and procedures for high-quality solutions.
Manage relationships with project sponsors, business owners, and external vendors.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to defined quality standards.
