Job summary

You will lead requirements elicitation, document processes, create workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders, PMs, developers and QA to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a comparable role, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities in a high-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical reasoning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience presenting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements for major initiatives and strategic programmes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to assess business needs and challenges, translating them into well-defined, actionable requirements.
• Create process flows, user stories, and workflow diagrams to support solution development and implementation efforts.
• Perform gap assessments and propose process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering activities, including workshops, interviews, and working sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Partner with project managers, development teams, and quality assurance to maintain alignment and ensure successful solution delivery.
• Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and business cases for senior leaders and key stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and direction to junior analysts, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Keep abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and evolving business analysis methodologies.
