Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3–4+ years of experience in a functional analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Experience with JIRA, HP ALM, or TestRail.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specs, user stories, and process flows.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to optimize processes and system functionality.
• Develop and execute test plans including system, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
• Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution to maintain quality deliverables.
• Support UAT, including coordination, validation, and sign-off processes.
• Provide mentorship to junior analysts and support delivery standards.
• Assist in deployment activities and participate in Agile ceremonies.
