Job summary

Thoughtworks Singapore is seeking a Quality Analyst to embed quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle. You will collaborate with Developers, BAs, Designers, and stakeholders to define a quality strategy and drive exploratory testing to uncover risks while promoting robust test practices.

You will mentor teammates, advocate for QA excellence, and help teams adopt testing mindsets. Due to client security requirements, citizenship in Singapore is required and you will influence automation

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quality Analyst within a development team.
• Familiarity with agile, release management and deployment strategies.
• Experience with TDD, BDD, CI/CD and testing models (Test Pyramid).

Responsibilities

• Shift quality left in alignment with client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product teams to define quality strategy.
• Identify and escalate risks in software delivery.
• Conduct exploratory testing to uncover risks.
• Drive improvements for code quality, tests and testability.
• Define and implement testing programs across products/services (UAT, E2E).
• Promote automation standards, tooling, and dashboards across teams.
• Adapt QA approaches to industry standards and regulations.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve quality mindset.
• Advocate QA best practices within Thoughtworks and the broader industry.
