Eames Consulting Group is partnering with a well‑established Singapore bank to appoint a Lead Digital Business Analyst for its Digital Wealth and Private Banking division. You will steer a multi‑million‑dollar portfolio of digital initiatives across APAC, including self‑serve equities platforms, private banking journeys, and Gen‑AI solutions for high‑net‑worth clients.

This is a high‑visibility, VP‑level role.

Qualifications

• Deep Domain Expertise: You speak the language of Wealth Management, Private Banking, and Digital Trading platforms fluidly.
• Senior Gravitas: This is a VP-equivalent role with strong stakeholder management and ability to guide offshore teams.
• Execution Focus: Track record of banking transformations from whiteboard to regional launch.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Strategic Bridge between Regional Product Owners and Technology delivery squads (Architects, Developers, QA).
• Translate abstract product visions into executable functional requirements, complex L2 flows, and detailed user stories.
• Partner with Product Owners to manage large backlogs, guide sprint planning, and justify feature prioritization by business impact.
• Assess operational impacts across multiple country markets and enable local teams for major platform cutovers.
• Oversee the testing lifecycle, drive UAT strategy, and ensure traceability from vision to deployment.

We are currently partnering with a well-stablished financial institution here in Singapore to find a Lead Digital Business Analyst for their expanding Digital Wealth and Private Banking division.

This is a highly strategic, high-visibility role. You will be helping to steer a multi-million-dollar portfolio of digital transformation initiatives across the APAC region including rolling out next-generation self-serve equities platforms, overhauling private banking digital journeys, and integrating Gen-AI solutions for high-net-worth clients.

What you’ll be driving:

• The Strategic Bridge: Act as the ultimate linchpin between Regional Product Owners and the Technology delivery squads (Architects, Developers, QA).
• End-to-End Requirements: Translate abstract product visions into rock-solid, executable functional requirements, complex L2 process flows, and highly detailed user stories.
• Agile Delivery & Prioritization: Partner deeply with Product Owners to manage massive backlogs, guide sprint planning, and justify feature prioritization based on business impact.
• Regional Rollout: Assess operational impacts across multiple country markets, ensuring local operations teams are fully equipped and ready for major platform cutovers.
• Quality & Traceability: Oversee the testing lifecycle, driving UAT strategy and ensuring seamless traceability from original vision to final deployment.
