Job summary

Maybank Singapore seeks an experienced, commercially minded professional to partner with Community Financial Services (CFS) Business and Technology teams. The role drives strategic wealth initiatives, digital transformation and enterprise-wide change programmes to deliver better customer experiences and improved efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in BA, technology consulting or transformation roles within Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of banking products, customer journeys, digital platforms and enterprise systems.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in management consulting, technology consulting or transformation advisory engagements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into practical, sustainable solutions.
• Facilitate strategic discussions to co-define business requirements, target operating models and solution scope.
• Evaluate business requirements and recommend solutions to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Lead high-level solutioning discussions covering process design, system interfaces and cross-platform impacts.
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery across design, development, testing and implementation phases.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and delivery roadblocks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Business and Technology teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer journeys, streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Support strategic transformation initiatives that strengthen the Bank's digital capabilities and wealth proposition.
