HSBC Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst - Project Management (Wealth/ Investment Products) to capture and document business requirements, translate them into detailed functional specs, and manage end-to-end delivery from design to release.

You will work with Product Owners, IT, Digital and Operations across regions to map customer journeys, identify improvements, and drive feasible solutions while maintaining governance artefacts and ensuring quality.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified with experience in banking or regulated financial services.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with epics, user stories and backlogs.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, design and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Knowledge of wealth/investment products and trade flows is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Capture, analyse and document business requirements; create epics, write user stories, and maintain the product backlog with the Product Owner.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements to support build, testing and implementation.
• Map and analyse end-to-end customer journeys and product functionality for improvements.
• Investigate issues and opportunities; propose options with feasibility, impact and cost considerations.
• Lead delivery of complex digital enhancements from design through release, managing scope, schedule and quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to produce delivery estimates and align dependencies.
