Job summary

HEY ROCKET PTE. LTD. is seeking an Airport Operations Supervisor to oversee daily flight operations and passenger service areas at Changi Airport Terminals. You will lead frontline staff to deliver excellent service and coordinate with airlines to resolve issues.

The role requires Singaporean applicants with an NITEC or Diploma or higher, and involves rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. You will monitor SLA/KPI and submit daily reports while ensuring SOP adherence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily airline flight operations and passenger service areas.
• Lead and guide frontline staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Handle passenger incidents and ensure proper service recovery.
• Liaise with airlines to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
• Monitor service standards (SLA, KPI, surveys) and ensure compliance.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports.
• Supervise team performance and ensure SOP adherence.
