Job summary

Jardine Cycle & Carriage Limited in Singapore seeks an Executive-Technical for its New Car Logistics department to manage day-to-day PDI operations and ensure timely customer delivery. You will supervise pre-delivery inspections, diagnose faults, and guide technicians to meet quality standards.

Lead a small team, apply manufacturer checklists, and provide technical guidance while maintaining safety and efficiency in vehicle handovers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Automotive Technology or related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience in automotive operations.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
• Strong leadership capabilities to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-delivery inspections in accordance with manufacturer’s checklist prior to customer delivery.
• Familiar with automotive accessories installation and PDI processes.
• Systematic diagnosis of vehicles using diagnostic tools and facilities.
• Determine cause of fault and its rectification.
• Provide guidance to Technician and lead team to meet delivery requirements.
• Oversee final control checks to ensure satisfactory completion of jobs.
