Job summary

Luxoft Information Technology (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead automation efforts for a financial markets testing stack.

You will design test strategies, collaborate with product and development teams, and drive robustness of the pricing/execution platform. The role requires 10+ years of testing experience, strong Java/API testing, Selenium/Cucumber proficiency, and hands-on DevOps experience to support CI/CD pipelines in a fast-paced global

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software test design and testing methodologies.
• Experience leading automation projects and independent work.
• Experience with AI tools (Copilot) for prompt engineering, framework integration, debugging.
• Strong Java/JEE, API testing, SQL, Shell scripting.
• Hands-on with Selenium, BDD/Cucumber, XML, Cypress, GIT/ADO, ADO/Confluence, ADO Boards/Test Plan.
• Exposure to Agile and database testing concepts.
• Familiar with DevOps CI/CD (Jenkins/Groovy/YAML/ADO Pipeline).
• Integration tech: API, FTP, Webservices & Solace Messaging.

Responsibilities

• Interact with product management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives
• Should co-ordinate between onshore & offshore teams
• Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution
• Design and create test conditions, test data and test scripts to address business and technical use cases
• Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function
• Develop and lead the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using Selenium & Cucumber
