Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead for its Financial Markets project. The role focuses on designing and executing automated testing strategies across onshore and offshore teams, leveraging Selenium, Cucumber, and AI-assisted tooling to enhance test coverage and efficiency.

You will drive automated testing cycles, integrate with CI/CD pipelines, and ensure robust API, database, and web service testing in a fast-paced, global financial environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software test design and testing methodologies.
• Leading Automation Projects and working independently.
• Experience with AI tools (Copilot) for prompt engineering, framework integration, debugging.
• Core Java, API testing, SQL, and shell scripting.
• Hands-on with Selenium, BDD/Cucumber, XML, Cypress, Git/ADO Repos, ADO/Confluence, ADO Boards/Test Plan.
• Agile exposure and database testing concepts.
• DevOps CI/CD with Jenkins/Groovy/YAML/ADO Pipeline.
• Understanding of Java/JEE tech stack and integration tech like API, FTP, WebServices, Solace Messaging.

Responsibilities

• Interact with product/项目 management and development to understand testing objectives.
• Coordinate between onshore & offshore teams.
• Troubleshoot and triage issues to identify root causes and resolve.
• Design and create test conditions, data, and test scripts for business/technical use cases.
• Utilize tests and build/new tools for testing/validation.
• Develop and lead automation strategy and execution for automated cycles with Selenium & Cucumber.
