Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Automation, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years in automation, controls, equipment engineering, or manufacturing support.
• Hands-on PLC and HMI programming, troubleshooting, commissioning, fault finding.
• Experience across controls, electrical, mechanical, robotic, and pneumatic systems.
• Led root cause investigations, equipment improvements, and automation projects.
• Able to read electrical schematics, drawings, pneumatic diagrams, and control logic.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, communication, and project execution.
• Able to mentor engineers and technicians; work in global teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for automated manufacturing equipment.
• Lead troubleshooting and RCA for automation and equipment issues.
• Identify and implement improvements to reliability, OEE, cycle time, yield, safety, and cost.
• Lead automation upgrades, modifications, and projects from concept to handover.
• Develop PLC, HMI, robotic, SCADA, vision, and other automation systems.
• Provide design reviews for automation and machine safety systems.
• Coach and mentor engineers and technicians.
• Manage projects, communicate risks and progress.
• Maintain documentation and change records per QMS and engineering requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, Quality, IT/OT, suppliers, and global teams.
