Job summary

ResMed Inc. is seeking an automation leader in Singapore to own end‑to‑end automation workstreams across manufacturing, distribution, suppliers, and regional hubs.

You will translate process requirements into technical specs and coordinate internal engineers with external integrators to deliver safe, scalable solutions. You will drive design reviews, manage FAT/SAT, and build repeatable playbooks while mentoring junior engineers and tracking realized benefits across global supply chains.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in automation or related engineering field.
• 7+ years in automation engineering, controls, or digital/OT delivery.
• Experience leading projects from requirements to handover and benefits tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation use‑case discovery, prioritization, and design reviews.
• Own workstreams across manufacturing, distribution, and Digital Supply Chain.
• Translate requirements into technical specs and integration designs.
• Coordinate internal teams and external integrators for scalable solutions.
• Lead FAT/SAT, risk assessments, and commissioning plans.
• Mentor junior engineers and build troubleshooting capability.
