Job summary

OCBC Singapore invites an AVP, Audit Manager to lead data, AI and transformation governance audits. You will plan and execute engagements covering enterprise data governance, data quality, AI governance, risk assessment and control evaluation, working across Group Audit and business units.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder partnering, use of data analytics (e.g., KNIME, Power BI), and development of baseline data quality and AI audit testing.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, AI or related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CDMP, AAIA, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC are highly preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in technology audit, IT risk management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or support audits covering data governance, data quality, data lineage, access control, and AI governance.
• Assess regulatory compliance and controls in technology domains.
• Evaluate data and AI governance frameworks, operating models, and oversight mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain data quality and AI audit testing programs for scalable coverage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to propose risk mitigations and remediation actions.
• Promote use of data analytics and AI/ML tools to enhance audit efficiency.
