Job summary

Bank of Singapore invites a seasoned Data Analyst (Assistant Vice President) to lead data governance and drive automation across Critical Reports and CDEs. The role focuses on building, deploying and monitoring AI agents to enhance governance workflows and data quality while partnering with Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology.

You will champion enterprise ontology and semantic standards, enabling scalable data discovery and future AI use cases in a hybrid Singapore setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in data governance, data management, process automation, or AI solutions.
• Strong data governance knowledge: data quality, metadata management, data ownership, data lineage.
• Hands-on workflow automation and AI/agent development experience.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and related tools; Power Platform and Copilot Studio advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Operationalise and expand data governance across Critical Reports, CDEs and key business processes.
• Manage core governance activities including data quality monitoring, issue management and reporting to committees.
• Drive periodic reviews of Critical Reports, CDEs, definitions, ownership, rules and metadata.
• Identify and automate manual data management and governance workflows for scalability.
• Design, build, deploy and manage AI agents to execute and monitor governance workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders across all Bank functions to embed data governance into BAU processes.
• Establish Bank’s enterprise ontology, mapping concepts to data, processes and controls.
