Job summary

Mediacorp in Singapore seeks a dynamic events and partnerships professional to drive audience engagement and brand affinity for audio brands. You will strategize, plan and evaluate audience contests, on-ground events and on-line activations, integrating them into programming and sponsorships.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, project management, events management or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in events or marketing.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrates knowledge of end-to-end event planning and project management principles.
• Proficient in social media and audience engagements.
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work outside of office hours and on weekends when required.
• A team player with strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop sponsor-friendly contest and event proposals with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and manage contest mechanics aligned with branding and objectives of assigned audio network.
• Work with Programme Director and Programme Executive to integrate contests into programming.
• Track participation metrics and respond to listeners' feedback and enquiries.
• Oversee sourcing of prize sponsorships and ensure compliance with terms, winner selection and prize fulfilment.
