Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end event planning and project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop sponsor-friendly contest and event proposals.
• Design contest mechanics aligned with branding and objectives.
• Collaborate with programme teams to integrate contests into programming.
• Track participation metrics and respond to listeners' feedback.
• Oversee prize sponsorships and ensure terms, winner selection and fulfilment meet requirements.
• Plan and execute events with vendors, venues and internal stakeholders.
