Job summary

ThunderSoft in Singapore is seeking a skilled ATE Test Engineer to support testing, validation, and qualification of CPU/GPU products and IPs. This role involves collaboration with design, package, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure high product quality and reliability.

Key responsibilities include executing pattern bring-up, developing test programs, and providing design guidelines. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and 4-5+ years of experience in relevant fields, along with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of relevant experience with CPU/GPU products/IPs.
• Familiarity with digital testing concepts and manufacturing test flows.
• Experience with OSAT qualification for manufacturing testing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute pattern bring-up and yield attainment.
• Develop, validate, and release ATE test programs.
• Troubleshoot RMA issues with Quality teams.

Skills

Hands-on experience with ATE testers

Strong problem-solving skills

Scripting skills (Python, Perl, Java)

Knowledge of Test IPs

Experience with statistical data analysis

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
