Job summary

ThunderSoft is seeking a qualified test development engineer to join our Singapore team to develop test programs for semiconductor verification and first silicon bring-up. This role emphasizes infrastructure, validation of new product features, and test content creation with strong collaboration across design, validation, and architecture teams.

Responsibilities include silicon characterization across PVT, test program correlation for ramped production, and driving KPIs like test time reduction

Qualifications

• More than 4 years of experience in semiconductor product development.
• Experience with ATE test program and pattern development – Advantest 93K, a must.
• Proficient in software programming and scripting languages (C, C++, Java, Ruby, Perl, Python).
• Knowledgeable in version control tools (Git, SVN, CVS).
• Knowledgeable in statistical analysis.
• Proficient in Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform silicon characterization across process, voltage, and temperature.
• Perform test program correlation and release for high volume production.
• Drive Key Performance Indicators such as test time reduction, yield debug, and quality improvement across products.
• Support qualification activities and customer return debug.
