Job summary

• Experience with ATE test design for SOCs and data-center components.

Responsibilities

• Drive test solution development to meet milestones, cost and quality.
• Develop test patterns, flows, and debugging steps; perform characterization.
• Pre-Silicon engagement with Design and test teams for scoping and validation.
• Post-Silicon bring-up of test patterns leading to mass production enablement.
• Characterize new silicon designs and process technologies; optimize coverage.
• Drive test coverage improvements to increase yield and reduce test time.
