Job summary

ThunderSoft in Singapore seeks a seasoned semiconductor test engineer to drive high-volume production testing. You will develop and optimize test programs, validate features during first silicon bring-up, and push KPIs for time reduction and quality.

Candidates should have 4+ years in semiconductor product development, hands-on with Advantest 93K, strong programming (C/C++/Java/Ruby/Python), and experience with Git/SVN/CVS; strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

Over 4 years of experience in semiconductor product development.
Experience with Advantest 93K test program development.
Proficient in programming and scripting languages (C, C++, Java, Ruby, Perl, Python).
Knowledgeable in version control tools (Git, SVN, CVS).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform test program correlation and release for high volume production.
Develop test program infrastructure incorporating latest Best-Known Methods.
Validate new product features, test conditions, test methodologies, and test contents during first silicon bring-up.
Perform silicon characterization across process, voltage, and temperature.
Drive KPIs such as test time reduction, yield debug, and quality improvement across products.
Support qualification activities and customer return debug.
