Job summary

SingSaver is seeking a Senior Associate, Online Sales (Insurance) to drive revenue growth by delivering best-in-class service and impartial insurance product advice. You will report to the Head of Insurance and collaborate with partners to expand car insurance leads and sales.

The role emphasizes cross-selling, timely processing, and CRM accuracy, with a focus on customer-centric solutions and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in insurance sales, brokerage, or related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• CMFAS Certifications: BCP, PGI, ComGI
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies and regulations
• Proactive, adaptable, team-player with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage commercial partnerships with insurers and ecosystem partners to generate car insurance leads and drive car insurance sales online and offline
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products based on customer needs
• Achieve monthly non-digital and digital insurance sales targets
• Assist with customer inquiries and resolve insurance-related issues
• Facilitate insurance applications, endorsements, renewals and cancellations with accuracy and timeliness
• Serve as subject matter expert and support customers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, policies and transactions in the CRM
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
