Qualifications

• Experience supporting correspondent banking and servicing bank or financial institution clients.
• Knowledge of domestic and cross-border payments, investigations, and exception management.

Responsibilities

• Lead client service and relationship support across correspondent banking initiatives.
• Drive operational-readiness deliverables for service design, controls and training.
• Resolve payment, account, liquidity and servicing inquiries with accuracy and timely escalation.
• Apply AI tools and data insights to improve service delivery while maintaining controls.
