Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years in transaction banking, cash management, or payments operations.
• Experience supporting correspondent banking for financial institution clients.
• Knowledge of domestic and cross-border payments, investigations and settlements.
• Proven service excellence in client inquiries and escalations.
• Strong risk and control mindset with following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational-readiness for service design, procedures, controls, training, testing, go-live and post-launch stabilization.
• Manage client inquiries end to end with clear communication and closure.
• Resolve payment, account, liquidity and servicing matters accurately and promptly.
• Apply SWIFT and ISO 20022 concepts, nostro/vostro knowledge.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance and Risk to translate requirements into processes.
• Leverage AI, data and automation tools to improve efficiency with human oversight.
