Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled technician to repair and refurbish semiconductor production equipment in Pasir Ris, Singapore.

You will identify faults, perform repairs on components such as Indexer, RPS, RF Gen, RF Match, and high voltage power units, and ensure repaired parts meet strict quality standards. The role requires a Diploma in Microelectronics or related field and 3–5 years of front-end semiconductor experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Microelectronics, Machatronis, Electrical or Mechanical or related technical field.
• 3–5 years experience in front end semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

• Fault identification, repair and refurbish on components: Indexer, RPS (Remote Plasma Source), RF Gen, RF Match, Electronics, High Voltage Power.
• Supply repair.
• Conduct acceptance tests on repaired parts to ensure repeatable functionality.
• Supervise Industrial Attachment (IA) students and transfer knowledge.
• Provide support to module Equipment Engineers and perform repairs in cleanroom environment.
• Adhere to SOP to achieve 95% repair success rate and manage inventory of consumables.

Job Responsibilities

• Fault identification, repair and refurbish on component of any of the categories: Indexer, RPS (Remote Plasma Source), RF Gen, RF Match, Electronics, High Voltage Power

  Supply repair

• Conduct acceptance tests on repaired part such that its functionality is repeatable and reproducible to ensure good quality

• Ensure proper knowledge transfer is conducted and supervise Industrial Attachment (IA) students

• Provide support to module Equipment Engineers and perform repairs for semiconductor production equipment and parts in cleanroom environment, on ad-hoc basis

• Adhere to SOP when performing repairs to ensure best quality and to strive to achieve 95% repair success rate

• Perform inventory control on consumables and spare parts used in repair workshop

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Microelectronics, Machatronis, Electrical or Mechanical, or related technical field

• At least 3 - 5 years experience in front end semiconductor industry
