Job summary
AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is seeking a maintenance engineer in Singapore to sustain and improve equipment performance indices and meet operations goals. The role requires shift duties, supporting production, and preventing downtime through proactive maintenance measures.
The successful candidate will forecast stock levels of spares, establish preventive maintenance practices, and help ensure manufacturing capacity is met within budget while upholding ISO quality standards.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering with semiconductor equipment maintenance experience.
- Diploma in Mechatronics/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- To sustain and improve all equipment performance indices to meet operations goals
- Perform shift duties based on rotation systems to support production
- Optimize equipment uptime/ reliability thru scheduled & recovery maintenance.
- Control equipment performance indices to meet BBS goals
- Comply to ISO standards and Quality systems of the company
- Forecast/ establish stock levels of spares and consumables to meet manufacturing capacity within allocated budget
- Establish and maintain preventive maintenance OI to standardize equipment practice

Monday - Friday; 830am - 6pm

Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering Diploma in Mechatronics/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering with at least 4 years semiconductor equipment maintenance experience.
At least 1-3 years relevant experience in the semiconductor manufacturing environment.
