Job summary

ENVIRODYNAMICS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a role based in Woodlands, Singapore.

The ideal candidate will perform preventive maintenance on semiconductor equipment, assist in installation and servicing, and support PM activities while maintaining accurate records and ensuring safety in a cleanroom environment. With 1–2 years’ related experience, you will contribute to on-site support, safety compliance, and continuous equipment availability across advanced wafer fabrication processes.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Triple E (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) or related engineering field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, troubleshooting or engineering support.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment following established procedures.
• Assist in installation, replacement and servicing of machinery components with safe handling of heavy parts.
• Support minor and major PM activities including tube cleaning and heater replacement.
• Conduct daily 6S workplace audits to ensure safety and housekeeping standards.
• Monitor sub-fab systems such as UPS and scrubbers and document maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on semiconductor manufacturing equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Support installation, replacement, and servicing of machinery components, including handling of heavy equipment parts with proper care and safety measures.
• Assist in minor and major PM activities, including tube cleaning, heater replacement, and related maintenance logistics support.
• Conduct daily 6S workplace audits to ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
• Perform sub-fab inspections, including monitoring and basic health checks of supporting systems such as UPS and scrubbers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and inventory usage.
• Participate in on-site training programs to develop technical competency and equipment knowledge.
