Job summary

The Ministry of Finance (Singapore) seeks a Senior Associate/Associate (Grants Governance) to strengthen governance of government grants through robust processes, systems and technology enablers. You will staff the Grants Management Committee and coordinate cross-agency initiatives, contributing to risk management and policy development.

This contract role requires 2–10 years in grant governance, with finance/accounting/economics background and strong facilitation, negotiation, and writing

• Formulate and review policies to address emerging risks and audit observations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deploy technological solutions for risk management.
