Job summary

Certis in Singapore seeks a proactive individual to bridge sales, product and operations, translating customer needs into compelling security technology solutions. You will drive demonstrations, architecture planning and end-to-end delivery with customers and partners in a dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration across the sales, product and operations teams, with focus on IoT, robotics and Smart City initiatives, requiring strong communication and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS or equivalent.
• Experience with security systems, IoT, robotics.
• 2–3 years in a similar role or operations.
• Able to communicate with multiple stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, product and operations to identify customer needs and deliver targeted demonstrations.
• Lead solution development proposals and SOPs aligned with Certis strategy.
• Arrange face-to-face client meetings to support from pre-sales to delivery.
• Oversee overall architecture design and end-to-end solutions.
• Engage with key users and decision makers on Smart City, IoT, Robotics.
• Conduct workshops with prospects and customers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for POC and projects.
• Understand customer businesses and develop creative solutions addressing their needs.
• Design and deliver presentations, demos, POC, and customer solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• To collaborate with sales team, product and operation team to identify customer business needs, problems, objectives and business pains to plan and deliver targeted solution demonstrations
• An active stakeholder of the solution & development work including development proposals and standard operation procedure in line with Certis strategy and vision
• Arrange and conduct face-to-face client/customer meetings as necessary to support from pre-sales to completion of activities
• Responsible for the overall architecture design and end to end solutioning
• Communicate with key users and business decision makers and influencers related to Smart City, IoT, Robotics and Advanced Technologies
• Conduct the workshop session with prospects and customers
• Manage and collaborate with various stakeholders for POC and projects
• Understand customer businesses and develop creative solution/services that address their needs
• Design, develop, and deliver presentation, demonstration, POC, and solutions for customer projects

Skills & Experience

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Must have knowledge and experience with security systems, IoT, robotics and other technologies
• Prior experience in project management and proven experience in solution delivery experience in Security solution
• Must be able to communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously effectively
• At least 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity or with relevant experience in operation will be considered
• Possess a customer-centric mindset and enjoy fostering clientele relationship
• Self-driven and results-oriented individual with ability to function independently and excel in a dynamic environment
• Flair in written communication and presentation skills would be advantageous
• Creative, analytic and passionate persona
