Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Manage outsourced contractors, and suppliers.
Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements (SLAs).
Review quotations, negotiate contracts, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Ensure contractors comply with workplace safety and company regulations.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, workplace safety standards, and company policies.
Support fire safety management, emergency preparedness, audits and business continuity planning.
Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate regulatory audits and inspections.
Assist in preparing and managing facilities budgets.
Monitor operating expenses and identify cost-saving initiatives.
Track maintenance costs and expenditure against budget.
Process purchase requisitions and service contracts.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual facilities reports, including maintenance performance, budget utilization, vendor performance, and compliance status.
Document incidents, accidents, corrective actions, and risk assessments for audit and compliance purposes.
Support internal and external audits by providing accurate records and required documentation.
Ensure proper document control and retention in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Generate management reports and presentations on facilities operations, projects, and improvement initiatives.
Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, Property Management, or related field.
Experience in hospitals, clinical testing laboratories, or healthcare facilities
Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and HVAC systems, alongside with building safety acts and fire regulation frameworks.
Experience with stakeholders’ management with clear and direct professional communication, and a proven ability to coordinate effectively with users, vendors and corporate teams
Computer savvy, proficient in computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Building Management Systems (BMS).
