Job summary

You will lead technicians, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safety, timely service delivery, and compliance with procedures.

The role requires hands-on UPS/CRAC experience, strong leadership, and the ability to respond to emergencies with confidence. A Class 3 driving license is advantageous for rapid site response.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of data center or critical facility operations experience with UPS, CRAC, and building monitoring systems
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating with contractors and vendors
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessments, and method statements
• Proficiency in maintenance tracking and reporting tools; familiarity with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage quotations for maintenance contracts and repairs
• Guide and supervise a team of technicians for efficient service delivery
• Respond promptly to emergencies to minimize downtime
• Liaise with contractors for rectification and ad-hoc works while ensuring quality and compliance
• Track maintenance activities, follow up on actions, and maintain checklists, schedules, and reports
• Lead technical investigations for rectification and ensure proper resolution
• Be available for 24/7 standby to address urgent service needs
• Review risk assessments and method statements to ensure safe execution
• Maintain mobility across sites; class 3 driving license is advantageous to respond rapidly
