Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to manage and optimize electrical infrastructure within a high‑performing data centre environment.

You will design, install, operate and maintain power distribution units, UPS, generators and switchgear, ensure safety compliance, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support strategic initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a data centre or critical infrastructure environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical infrastructure including power distribution, UPS systems, generators, and switchgear.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, installation, operation and maintenance of electrical systems (PDU, UPS, generators, switchgear).
• Ensure electrical infrastructure operates efficiently with minimal downtime and adheres to performance standards.
• Support implementation and maintenance of electrical safety policies and best practices.
