Job summary

5 STONES HRM PTE. LTD. seeks a Lead, Data Centre Engineering Support (DCES) in Singapore to oversee 24x7 critical facility operations, energy management and certification programs.

You will act as SME for mechanical, electrical, BMS and security systems across Singapore Data Centre operations, driving efficiency and compliance. You will lead problem management and energy audits, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage contracts and service agreements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in managing critical facilities development or operations.
• Strong knowledge of MEP operations and building facilities systems.
• Experience leading certification programs (ANSI/TIA-942, Green Mark, ISO).
• Certifications in energy and environmental management are advantageous.
• ITIL or equivalent certifications preferred; strong stakeholder skills.
• Ability to work independently under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage problem management processes and contract standards.
• Lead certification programs from planning to certification (e.g., ANSI/TIA-942, Green Mark, ISO).
• Govern energy audits and energy optimization programmes.
• Oversee procurement of technical services including contracts.
• Collaborate with Technology & Project Delivery to improve maintainability and build quality.
• Develop and validate technical policies, processes, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable acts, regulations, standards and codes.
• Drive technical learning and development across Singapore Data Centres.
• Support customer technical audits and provide management information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
