Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte Ltd leads a prominent academic health system in Singapore. We are seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at West-side polyclinics and ensure efficient service delivery for a large frontline team.

Responsibilities include manpower planning, staff scheduling, process improvements, and collaboration with HQ on digital transformation and policy enhancements. The role requires strong leadership and clear communication with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ clinic operations experience.
• Experience leading a large team of 20+ healthcare frontline staff in any clinic/hospital setting will be a strong advantage
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Degree in any discipline

Responsibilities

• Support the Polyclinic Manager in overseeing daily clinic operations, ensuring optimal manpower utilization, cost efficiency, and smooth service delivery.
• Drive and support the implementation of strategic initiatives (e.g., Healthier SG, Social Prescribing, Age Well SG) to enhance care delivery and service excellence.
• Manage administrative functions including staff scheduling, patient flow, inventory control, and facility operations.
• Lead and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across polyclinics and HQ on manpower planning, training and development, digital transformation, policy and workflow enhancements, new clinic development, and emergency preparedness.
