Job summary

Singapore Tyler Print Institute is seeking a dedicated Artwork Management professional to support operations across exhibitions, fairs, and sales. You will ensure proper care of artworks, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate on-site installation and deinstallation activities.

Experience in museum or gallery operations, artwork handling, or inventory management is advantageous.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Coordinate artwork management for art fairs, including condition checks, framing, photography, packing and crating, and on-site support during installation/deinstallation.
Support sales and after-sales requirements, including viewings, pricing, photography, quotations, and CoAs delivery.
Maintain accurate artwork records in Artlogic and master lists, including registration, condition, and movements.
Assist with stock takes, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile inventory records.
Facilitate day-to-day artwork retrieval and movement with safe handling and location accuracy.
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to meet project requirements and resolve issues.
