TANA DEVELOPMENT (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Area Manager / Senior Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple outlets in Singapore.

This is a hands-on, operations-heavy leadership role, focused on daily execution, manpower control, and upholding brand standards across all outlets. Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Area Manager role or 5–8 years in Senior Area Manager role in multi-outlet F&B operations.
• Experience in casual dining / chain restaurant environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple outlets and teams simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of manpower planning, cost control, and operations.
• Hands-on, ground-oriented leadership not desk-bound.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple outlets in Singapore.
• Ensure brand SOPs, food quality, and service standards.
• Plan and manage staffing, rostering, and deployment.
• Lead, coach, and develop Outlet Managers and Supervisors.
• Drive sales and monitor KPIs (sales, food cost, labour cost, wastage).
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance across outlets.
• Align local operations with HQ expectations and report performance.
