Job summary

SOG design in Singapore seeks a Senior Designer (Architecture) to drive design concepts, drawings, visualisations and project coordination for architectural projects, ensuring design quality and timely delivery.

Requirements include a diploma or degree in architecture or related built-environment discipline, 6–8 years of experience, and proficiency with two or more design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max or Enscape.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English for coordination with clients and consultants.
• Experience in international or multidisciplinary environments is an advantage.
• Locals/PRs preferred.

Role Summary

The Senior Designer (trained in the field of Architecture) supports the development of design concepts, drawings, visualisations, and project coordination for architectural projects. The role contributes to design quality and project delivery but does not perform or represent regulated architectural services, nor act as an Architect or Qualified Person (QP) under the Architects Act.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related built‑environment discipline.
• 6 to 8 years experience in architectural design, drafting or project coordination
• Proficiency in at least two relevant design software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, Enscape).
• Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into drawings.
• Strong 3D modelling skills with the ability to develop accurate and detailed architectural models.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to speak and write English fluently for coordination with clients and consultants.
• Experience in international or multidisciplinary environments is an advantage.
