Job summary

DESIGN METABOLISTS is seeking an architect with strong skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Office and 3D visualization to deliver design concepts from sketches to construction drawings. The role requires independent work, meeting deadlines, and collaboration with team members through all project stages.

Candidate should hold a Masters/Degree/Diploma in Architecture or building-related field and possess at least 2 years of working experience. Singapore-based role with local industry practice.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS Office for project documentation and presentations.
• Experience with 3D visualization tools (SketchUp or equivalent) to produce renderings.
• Ability to create design development drawings and construction drawings.
• Strong communication to present concepts and progress to clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design concept sketches, master planning, space planning, design development, detail/construction drawings and prepare presentations.
• Meet deadlines for multiple projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Independently handle projects/ meetings at all progress stages.
• Work independently and be self-motivated while collaborating with the team.
