UNITED TEC CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced project leader for complex construction initiatives in Singapore. The role focuses on coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure quality, compliance, and timely completion within budget.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction, with PPVC/modular experience, and a solid grasp of Singapore safety regulations. You will guide design reviews, oversee progress, and drive seamless execution on site.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience, preferably PPVC, precast, or modular construction projects.
• Good knowledge of Singapore construction and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills demonstrated in construction project environments.
• Familiarity with PPVC installation processes and construction sequencing.

Responsabilidades

• Attend consultant and site meetings with the Project Team and coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors to ensure quality, workmanship, codes, and on-time, on-budget completion.
• Manage and lead teams by outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical accuracy and outcomes.
• Manage consultants to meet project program, design deliverables, and Authority submission and timely approvals.
• Review and verify consultants’/specialists’ design drawings and counter-propose alternatives.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes and regulations.
• Oversee site work progress and monitor shop drawing progress, providing support to the construction team.
• Resolve site issues related to design or changes to avoid delays to the main program.
• Review and approve RFI and site-design amendments.
• Ensure timely completion and high quality of works.
• Possess vast knowledge of code requirements and cost-control considerations.
• Know contract base provisions and variations.
• Perform ad-hoc duties to support project execution.
