Job summary

P+A PROJECTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced architect to lead design and coordination on architectural projects. You will meet clients, develop briefs, and produce design proposals using CAD and traditional drawing methods.

You will coordinate with authorities and consultants to obtain approvals, manage tender docs and construction drawings, and supervise junior staff to ensure projects stay on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in the architectural industry in Singapore or Malaysia.
• Able to work within a team and in a fast-paced environment; familiar with building regulations.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating project experience and design capability.
• Good working attitude, proactive and conscientious.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with clients and professionals at early stages to agree on project briefs.
• Developing project briefs and updating them as the project progresses.
• Preparing design proposals using CAD and traditional drawing methods.
• Co-ordinating with consultants and authorities to obtain approvals.
• Leading tender documentation and construction drawings preparation.
• Administering contracts and project certifications.
• Site visits to monitor progress and ensure timelines are met.
• Managing junior staff and reporting progress to clients.
